Based on the research findings from the first project phase out of the four educational regions, this curriculum was developed as an overarching framework presenting a course for development in inclusion and diversity awareness. The course structure is composed by four main units. These four units enable participants to gain insights into the policy and governance level of educational systems, offering opportunities to complete an internship in this environment, and reflecting individual and personal experiences in diverse actor role’s, functions and responsibilities:
