Four Fact-Finding-Missions, each of them consisting of two parts (online phase and presence phase), were planned in the four project countries with the goal to explore the conditions of success and the barriers in steering processes and related to steering impulses for inclusion – represented as governance – for the realization of inclusive education systems. The first parts of the Fact-Finding-Missions were organized as online meetings with the different stakeholders in the field of inclusion in the different countries. These four online meetings took place in the period between May 2022 and January 2023. Different actors and stakeholders in the field of inclusive education in the different countries participated in the first parts of the Fact-Finding Missions and discussed different structures and governance processes. The second parts of the Fact-Finding-Missions will be organized as round-table meetings in presence and they are scheduled in the period between January and May 2023.
